Bal was incredibly professional during our interactions with him while also providing a personal touch, as he got to know the type of property we we interested in and kept us informed of any properties that matched. Bal also demonstrated a lot of patience and was very selfless in giving his time to us, he taught us a lot about the process as first home buyers and was very genuine which you don't get with all agents. When we sell we will go through Bal so that the next owners of our home have the same great experience we did!
