Incredible support in purchasing my first home!

I recently worked with Mr Bala Rangarajan on the purchase of my property. I had been looking for a short while however did not have the knowledge, understanding or support of an agent, that is until I was introduced to Mr Bala. Right from the beginning, he was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to me. Being aware that this was my first home purchase, he ensured I knew and understood the entire process and what I was getting myself into, prior to proceeding. He asked me what my expectations were in a home and based on that, he shortlisted houses that I may be interested in. He was very flexible with his timings and availability and would often accommodate to whatever time worked for me, and he was also very dedicated and delivered detailed and informative house tours. Once I selected the house I wanted to purchase, he encouraged me to come see it again and make sure I was happy with my decision. There were often times when I had to call him to amend paperwork or seek further clarification, and he was incredibly efficient in actioning my requests. Overall, he made the entire purchase experience incredibly smooth and he was very easy to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a property.
