Baldeep knew the opportunities we had with our home, he explained them all, and gave us his honest opinion on what he believed would be our best outcome. He kept in touch with us all the way through whenever it was needed, 7 days a week, daytime or evening. He showed himself to be extremely professional, and we would only use him to sell our properties in the future.

The overall experiece with Baldeep and Excel has been seamless and I have faced no issues whatsoever. One thing that I would like to provide specific feedback on is that Excel do not mention the property covered/build area on any property and this is something they should definitely consider doing since the information is not available first hand. In our case, the build area mentioned during the open inspection was not correct and the revised/updated figure was provided later on.
