i had not worked with Baraka before this sale, but had met him at an open some time prior and knew his Principal well. he vastly exceeded my expectations - the sale prep was well managed, and he (unlike most CC REA's actually had a database of buyers , who he was smart enough to contact). the sale was seamless and the price exceeded all our expectations. Baraka is a true professional - a rarity in his market. 6* !!!
