We had a great experience with Baraka and the team on the sale of our home. They were always pleasant to deal with and kept us informed every step of the way. It was also very clear they were working hard to find the right buyer and we’d happily work with them again on future sales.

The service we received from Baraka and Natalie was nothing short of exceptional. Baraka went beyond our expectations to sell our property and then helped us buy. The professionalism showed by Baraka and Natalie is 1st rate and there was nothing that was too much trouble. There operation is slick and they handled some dealings with our conveyancer as well to make things go smoothly. They know their market and they know what people are feeling and need when buying and selling and give you succinct information, transparency and are a great support. They take the stress away. Apart from that they are just very likeable people. We highly recommend them.

Scores A+ Baraka was patient with us when things passed through some hard times, but we had a fair result. The final price was well below the appraisal - statement of fact and not placing blame as it all depends on who turns up and perceives the value. However, leading seller and purchaser to unrealistic levels is difficult. Video maker/photographer worked well with us and the video was a real winner for the sales and for attracting prospective buyers. Scores an A+ The building report person was ordinary and missed problems (such as low water pressure from the street) that I would have thought he should have noticed and made some mistakes in his comments. As a buyer, I would be disappointed. It suited me as a seller. Scores a "C". The stylist was very poor and would rate a "Q" starting at "A" for excelent. She damaged some of our furniture after being warned. She brought in mats that were filfy and inappropriate. She missed the whole point. We received many comments that she made the place look like an advertisement for House and Garden. She put a bad mark on Baraka's efforts and I doubt that her styling made any difference to the sale. She is the reason that the above is only 4 stars. This questionaire does not allow for any adverse comments or suggestions! The Testimonial Tree's Terms of Service are an insult to someone who is trying to support Belle.

We were very pleased with the combined effort of Baraka, Natalie & Tami in helping us sell our Terrigal property. We highly appreciated their attention to detail, the excellent marketing & styling.
