I engaged Barbara Clark to sell my property in Coorparoo - I felt someone with impeccable local knowledge was important. After that, the ad went up on Tuesday, first open house on Saturday, and then she got me several offers - all after the first open house. There was a bit of negotiations - and then property was sold, just like that - in an apparently slow residential market! I'm a cynical person - I'll be honest here, I've traded my fair share of properties - and my traditional thought is that real estate agents don't add much value. But Barbara does. I would highly recommend her. She gets things done, and as a vendor, that's what's most important - no fluff, no guff - I just wanted the property sold - and she got me what I wanted.

Barbara's communication with us as vendors and with potential buyers was excellent from start to finish - we were given honest feedback quickly, and being out of town still felt fully informed. I was very impressed with Barbara's action plan for the marketing and sale and the calm can-do attitude Barbara has when faced with any hurdle - including the organisation items we could not do ourselves. All these aspects resulted in our property selling quickly, a result we were very pleased with.

Barbara was really good to deal with, much better than the other agents we talked to. She dealt with us very fairly, kept us informed, and was very responsive when we had questions or requests before and during the sale.

Barbara and her team worked tirelessly in assisting us in selling our property. We were kept up to date in all aspects of this process. We really appreciated her professional care and attention.
