First met Barbara when she was selling a home next door to me. I was trying to sell mine privately and even though she wasn't my agent she offered advice and even referred a few people who were looking at hers to me. I was impressed with her professionalism and said if I failed to sell then I would come to her, which I did down the track. She organised everything for me I hardly lifted a finger except to clear out my property. Some photos were taken and I was soon on their website, my place looked excellent. Barb’s proposal was the most detailed of 3 proposals and took time and provided insightful advice ahead of being selected. The proposal was a lump sum including all advertising costs, so I had no concerns about estimates of advertising blowing out at our cost. We were kept updated with weekly email status reports and phone calls when anything significant occurred. We were advised what we needed to do in simple terms and were confident that all matters were being competently handled by Barb’s team. In a number of matters, like giving away unwanted furniture, Barb went beyond our expectations. The house has now been sold and we are confident all “loose ends” have been tied up.
