Found my new home after 2 1/2 weeks of daily inspections.

I had been unsuccessfully looking at houses for two weeks in the Shoalhaven area and was fast becoming stressed out by the experience. Then l had an appointment with Barbara and after explaining all that l envisaged in the home l was hoping to find, she completely understood my needs & showed me a number of houses that all fell within my criteria and price range. After being dissappointed with all the houses l had looked at previously she showed me homes that not only met my requirements, but exceeded my expectations. Within 2 days of viewing houses l had a contract to purchase and have now been living in my new "home" for the past 6 months. I thank Barbara for listening to and understanding my list of 'wants and needs' , for her expertise & knowledge of the local market and for her caring and professional manner. What had become a very stressfull experience quickly turned around - culminating in me now happily living in exactly what l was hoping to find -- with extras. I would (and do) highly recommend her and would like to thank her so much for her understanding of my requirements, her knowledge of 'what she does' and her friendly and helpful manner.... Truly grateful and couldn't be happier with my new life on the coast !! Thank you so much for turning it into such a stress free, successful and enjoyable experience.....
