Initial suggested listing price was to high - almost 20% above achieved price but otherwise Barbara did a great job. She followed up all leads and communicated at every opportunity

Barbara Holmes coped out on a lot of things that I bought up at the walk thru before settlement and she had an excuse for everything but by this time it was too late to back out of buying the property! One thing we did get her to change was the smoke detectors as she said oh they will be fine but we checked them and they were 8 years out of date so she had the get them renewed! She is forgetful as she bought the wrong key not once twice! Her boss the owner of Blue Chip makes excuses for her too! She tells people what they want to hear without delivering! Buyers and sellers beware.. at your own risk to use Barbara Holmes and I’m giving everyone fair warning before hand.. I will never recommend her to anyone I know.. and I would have given her no stars but I can’t review without pressing at least 1 star but I wouldn’t even give her that!!!
