Barbara was very professional and helpful in this purchase. I would recommend her as an agent. The only issue I had was receiving the spare fob which was broken from the agency and they were not willing to repair or replace it. It felt like as soon as I had paid the service was over. I remember getting a little appreciation basket when I bought my first house. Times have changed I guess.
