It’s easy to recommend an agent that speaks your language. We’ve sold many properties in many states and other countries too. I prefer agents who answer my calls, who know what’s going on and who can be clear and direct in every conversation. I tire very quickly of agents when they talk a lot about particular buyers and their various comments and petty objections or silly bigger ones like the location isn’t optimal. Barbara doesn’t do that, everything was short, sharp and easy, and besides, she doesn’t need to because of her experience and her ability to focus on the big picture, namely getting a good contract. We didn’t need to tell Barbara that subject to sale contracts and ones with complicated conditions were not what we wanted, or that getting a reasonable deposit was better. In my view Barbara’s manner and approach suits high end sales because people who buy top shelf properties know what they want.
