Strong communication skills Strong negotiation skills Honest feedback and advice no manage expectations Really works for the seller to "sell up" rather than other agents who tend to "sell down". These agents expect you to drop your price supposedly to meet the market however in my view it is more about fast turn over and fast commission vs selling for what the property is worth Always on time and willing to stay longer in buyers want to browse Genuinely a nice guy as well
