Barrie and Lisa were extremely easy to work with. Nothing was ever too much trouble. On Auction day they were very responsive and great with communicating what was happening. Their professionalism was superior throughout the whole campaign and the results at Auction speak for themselves. They achieved a price well above my expectations getting $400k over the reserve price! I would not hesitate to use them again.

Barrie has gone out of his way to assist us in getting the sale through, even with us being an hour and half away from the property and, particularly, even with the COVID-19 restrictions stopping the planned open auction.
