He came across as a reliable and honest agent which made us more likely to purchase from him. He wasn't overly pushy and extremely helpful. He came to the property on a couple of occasions and was always available to show us through the property. He explained everything in detail. He met us out of hours and nothing was too much trouble for him. If we were purchasing or selling again we would definitely use his services.
