I don't think the word 'no' is in Barry's vocabulary. We originally viewed one of Barry's properties that didn't end up being our forever home so Barry suggested we come have a look at another of his listings... Alas it wasn't the house for us (we had a very specific wish list) so Barry suggested we come out to the Valley the following Saturday and spend the day going through properties with him, we thought wow, how great, let's do it. We then fell in love with 2 of his properties offered on one, it was turned down so offered on the other and we have just settled on our forever home. He was so easy going, approachable and just a wealth of knowledge. He is a real asset to all buyers looking in the Valley.
