It was such a pleasure working with Barry selling my realestate. What I mostly appreciated was the fact that Barry respected what I expected and at all times I felt he was on my team. Such amazing knowledge of the market, his years of experience in this area were very obvious. Highly recommend this gentleman.

Barry's knowledge of the property and local area was very good He is easy to talk to and always professional.

We found Barry to be extremely honest in his discussions with us, and the disclosures he made during the transaction. Barry kept all of the undertakings he made to us during the negotiation and we were more than satisfied with the outcome.

Barry was always prompt with returning our calls and was very flexible with arranging to view the property at short notice. He was knowledgeable in regards to the property and tenants and of the general Wauchope area. We have been very pleased with our experience dealing with Barry and Harcourts.

Barry Thompson assisted us with every aspect of the successful sale of our property, with excellent experience and knowledge in the area's property market and always acting with the highest integrity. We would have no hesitation in recommending Barry!

Barry was always professional and friendly, he supported us through the whole process and had great communication. He was always free for a chat when we had questions and got us excited about buying our first home

I found the whole experience of dealing with Barry and this agency smooth and businesslike.

Barry made the purchase of a property a seamless process. He was honest and communicated openly. Barry was also available at all times to clarify any issues or queries I had. I would be happy to work with Barry again.

Barry Thompson's knowledge of the local market was invaluable to us as clients. He gave us an informed overview of the current market and a realistic value for our own property. Barry was constantly in communication with us throughout the entire process when we sold our house. He liaised with other relevant parties, saving us both time and some of the regular headaches that come with selling a property. Whilst Barry demonstrated professionalism at all times, he was also very friendly and easy to talk to, making this transaction as simple as possible. We would recommend him as an agent for both buying or selling any property.
