I found Barry to be very responsive to my needs as a vendor. He tried to accommodate our requests and provided timely and excellent feedback on where we stood with the various inspections and then with our ultimate purchasers. Barry was an excellent "go between" as is his job and certainly played a leading role in getting our sale to exchange. Barry certainly went the extra distance to help and was always friendly, positive and professional.
