Hi Barry I’ve given you an excellent review even though I’ve never met you however I trust you did a great job on this sale. You also look the part so the excellent review given is surely well deserved. If you hadn’t guessed yet, I’m not Phil, nor I’m Helen. I’m the person that owns the email address your buyer (Phil in this case) provided. So, would you be so courteous and contact your client and ask them for an alternate email address.. one they actually rightly own. There’s a chance you or your staff may have entered the email incorrectly, but I doubt it, as you appear very professional, organised and detailed in all you do, so the blame is back on Phil. I say this with authority as it’s not the first time our friend Phil has missappropriate my email for his endeavours. I never knew how to contact him.. but now I do. Barry was a pleasure to work with. He was enthusiastic about the property and always friendly and helpful. As the property was rented he dealt well with the renters keeping them informed and encouraging them to be prepared for open homes. He also was able to negotiate a good price for the home with minimal fuss. I would highly recommend Barry.

Barry performed a difficult task but bought both the vendor and us a truly amazing result. We met Barry and his 3 legged dog at the open house, we knew then that he was committed and compassionate.
