Basel and his team have done a great job selling our house while we weren't even in the country. I met Basel once at the property and since that time, he and his team took it upon themselves to prepare the house for sale (cleaning, repairs etc.) with regular email/SMS updates. It was not the best time for us as we were meant to be overseas for a holiday, but it didn't matter. The team followed their process, went through the open homes and found a buyer who was willing to pay what we were expecting. 66W signed and contract exchanged, while we were thousands of kms away.
