We purchased the Unit, 11/30 Hythe street, Mount Druitt, NSW in 2017. The consultant was Basel Nahas and the staff of LSM, Mt Druitt. Mainly the Property Management staff of the Company were helpful , managed the property with professionalism for about seven years. We decided to sell the property in 2024. We approached Basel again because of his market knowledge, communication, and professionalism. He was successful in finding a buyer for us. He and his staff did an excellent job. We strongly recommend Basel to prospective buyers' and sellers' to employ Basel on their behalf to purchase and or sell their properties.
