I’ve attended a number of auctions conducted by a variety of different auctioneers over the past few months and all I can say is, Basil Zoccali from Harcourts Vision Keilor East blows them all out of the water. The energy, enthusiasm and commitment that Basil brings to his auctions is miles above anything I’ve seen from any other auctioneer. It’s no surprise that Basil is a real estate award winner, he’s a master of his game! The true and undeniable testament to that is the phenomenal result we achieved on auction day which exceeded our reserve and secured us a price that we are very happy with. The team that Basil & Rosa have put together is the perfect balance of knowledge and professionalism, with a presence large enough in the market place to offer you all the advantages offered by some of the larger longer serving players in the North West area. But what they have in abundance that others possibly lack to some degree is genuine heart. We had a fantastic crowd there on our auction day amongst our multiple bidders which created a wonderful atmosphere and vibe. Not to mention that the entire sales crew and the directors from Harcourts Keilor East all came out to support us (on a Sunday!) on our big day. What a team!
