He genuinely enjoyed what he was doing and engendered trust and a sense of honesty. No sense of the smooth and untrustworthy salesman. He was helpful initially in even offering to help clean out the house a bit and was aware that we needed to travel a long way to attend to the house and tried to help us avoid a final trip. Batu kept us informed of the outcomes of numerous open house events so could develop our own sense of the market. He was a pleasure to work with.
