Kevin was fantastic. He was always prompt, provided great advice and gave regular, comprehensive updates on progress with potential buyers. He provided advice on what could/should be done to make the property as attractive to buyers, than organised itemised quotes for the recommend work. Once scope was agreed, he arranged access so all we had to do was take care of the invoice. This made the whole process of getting ready to sell as painless as possible. In the end, we sold within our price range in well under the suburb’s median number of days on market. Would not hesitate to go to Kevin again for future sales!
