I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and poor communication. Price negotiation was drawn out for an extended period. Numerous texts and voice messages were ignored. When finally able to reach Kim, her communication style was cold and abrupt. It's as if she was doing everything in her power not to sell the property. If I would have had other options I would have withdrawn my offer and gone elsewhere. I will not use her services into the future.
