The thing that impressed me most was that he never wasted words. He said only what needed to be said, providing all the information I required to make the right decision, and he did so in an honest and straightforward manner. His many years of experience in real estate were clear. He always answered his phone, even when he was on holidays in Sydney, and he was consistently only a few minutes away whenever I needed an inspection or had questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he found out.
