Kim has an expert knowledge of the Hervey Bay market. She sold my parents unit at a price I thought was not achievable given that an almost identical unit next door sold for $40K less only five months earlier with another agent. I challenged her to achieve her stated price which would see her with a bonus commission. Failure to reach the price stated would see her agency pay all marketing costs and no sale. She took the challenge and won. She sold the unit at her stated price.
