I was advised by a friend to work with Kim and I have not had any regrets. Kim was always helpful courteous and had a great team around her. She obtained a great sale price in an exceptionally short time and everything went without a hitch. If I am every in need of a real estate agent in the region again I will certainly be contacting Kim Carter.

Kim and the team at Carter Cooper made the sale of our home so easy. Keeping us very informed of the progress and process was very appreciated. Thanks Kim

Top stuff ‘ I can see why as agents in area no1

I couldn’t be happier with the service that Kim provided. She was supportive, professional and made the whole selling process a breeze. When the 1st contract fell through, Kim had a 2nd buyer lined up and ready to go. I highly recommend using Kim to sell your property.

This was our first time ever selling a house and we were so lucky to have someone like Kim by our side. I’m sure she was super busy selling homes for many others but you were never made to feel like that. She was very relatable & responsive and her experience was evident when we had a contract within a week. A true consummate professional, thanks so much Kim Carter 😊

I like dealing with a woman. No fuss, no questioning things. Bit slow to start, the selling of property, but we had a few lookers then finally a buyer. Would have liked to get more, but all in all, it happened. Tks Kim + team.

Kim Carter and her team have been wonderful, communicating regularly and attending to everything right away I wouldn’t hesitate to put my property in their capable hands again in the future and highly recommend to family and friends

Kim is very friendly and professional. She has alot of knowledge about properties and the region. She was a pleasure to deal with when purchasing our house. Thanks Kim

Totally professional. An excellent experience. Kept up to date at all times. Phone calls and emails always replied to on same day. Highly recommend.

The real estate agent was for the most part responsive and helpful. I happened to be purchasing at an extremely busy time in the property market of the area so things took a bit longer than normal but that was across the board I believe.

We had a very easy, smooth sailing experience with Kim and her team when buying our house. They met us on time, kept us up to date and kept us informed all the way from start to finish.

Kim has great local knowledge in the residential market. She is very professional & helpful which made our experience a pleasant one. Nothing was too much trouble & she kept us informed throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend Kim Carter to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
