We purchased our home from Kim 10 years ago and since then her team has managed our property as an investment. During this time I have received prompt, friendly and efficient service from every person in her team. Carter Cooper Realty is the only agent I would use again if I was to purchase property in the area. Kim is honest and reliable and her team is amazing. Shame it has come to an end after all these years. I always recommend Kim and Carter Cooper realty to anyone in the area.

We are currently living in Upwey, Victoria and love to move to Hervey Bay in Qld. However, under Covid-19 situation with the lock-downs, it is not easy for us to purchase a property there. With Kim's professional assistance and friendly attitude, we have made it happen and we are pleased to have this outcome. We will recommend friends or other family members if they are interested in living there and need any similar assistance.

Kim knows the market in Hervey Bay and how to get the best sale for both the buyer and the seller. 100% best agent in the Bay to work with.

We new this beach front unit was the property we wanted as soon as we saw it and Kim Carter helped make it ours! From the first look to the final inspection Kim helped take us from simply looking to online to owning. Great real estate agent in Hervey Bay.

We felt very comfortable listing our property with Carter Cooper Realty and entrusting Kim Carter to sell our house. We were confident that Kim had our best interests at heart and went above and beyond to achieve this. Kim kept us well informed throughout the whole process and we found from our first meeting to sale was smooth and stress free. We would have no hesitation choosing Kim Carter should we need a realtor in the future or recommending her to anyone. Thanks Kim

Great job Kim thanks

Kim had been good from day 1 and flexible too. I would recommend her to anyone thinking of buying.

Kim sold our land and we didn't have any issues with the process/settlement. I recommend Kim to anyone in the Wide Bay region thinking of selling their property or land.

great experience to deal with Kim, would highly recommend.

I had eight independent realestate agents value my house and present themselves. Kim seemed the most professional agent out of the lot and what I believe to be on the same page as what we expected from the sale of the house. After having the house for sale on a private seller site for three months we opted to list it with Kim. We already had a listing on realestate. Com and several other sites with professional photos. Kim took over the listing and wrote a new description of the property which was good. Kim conducted multiple open houses consecutively and sending some feedback regarding the open houses. Long story short the house sold whilst listed with Kim for a price the seller and I agreed upon. Somethings that fell short for us were. 1. Not being notified of a offer. 2. House and shed being left unlocked after open houses. 3.Realestate.com reports not updated to identify the status of the sales campaign. 4.At times communication and instructions not followed. I still believe that Kim was the correct realestate agent to engage to sell our property. The exposure you get to assess a agent before their services is minimal and its not something people do every day.

Kim was quite knowledgeable on the local market and adopted a good marketing approach. She was also very professional and understanding of our needs and was easy to communicate with.

Always pleasant to talk too, eager to help locate a property suitable to our budget and requirements, presents well, pleasure to deal with.
