I had eight independent realestate agents value my house and present themselves. Kim seemed the most professional agent out of the lot and what I believe to be on the same page as what we expected from the sale of the house. After having the house for sale on a private seller site for three months we opted to list it with Kim. We already had a listing on realestate. Com and several other sites with professional photos. Kim took over the listing and wrote a new description of the property which was good. Kim conducted multiple open houses consecutively and sending some feedback regarding the open houses. Long story short the house sold whilst listed with Kim for a price the seller and I agreed upon. Somethings that fell short for us were. 1. Not being notified of a offer. 2. House and shed being left unlocked after open houses. 3.Realestate.com reports not updated to identify the status of the sales campaign. 4.At times communication and instructions not followed. I still believe that Kim was the correct realestate agent to engage to sell our property. The exposure you get to assess a agent before their services is minimal and its not something people do every day.

Kim was quite knowledgeable on the local market and adopted a good marketing approach. She was also very professional and understanding of our needs and was easy to communicate with.
