Kim was the agent I purchased my unit from. Kim was great to deal with but the condition of the property is not good in a lot of areas and these were not pointed out to me. For example I have had to replace the cooktop and range hood and the gas hot water will be next. These are quite expensive items and I would have appreciated knowing they were no good. The unit was not left in a very clean condition and even though I did a settlement walkthrough it was also not noticeable. I had unfortunately been left a huge amount of rubbish to dispose of from the previous owners and this has added to my angst about my new property. I am still trying to get rid of it. I have even had thoughts of selling and buying something easier to live in but have no choice but to stay put for the purpose. The estate itself is good although not without its problems. Kim was great to deal with and negotiated quite well on my behalf. But the one thing I didn't want to do is to spend heaps of money on something I bought.

I found Kim to be friendly and professional. She offered her assistance at all stages of the purchase of the property. I would have no problems contacting Kim to purchase / sell another property within the area.
