We were very fortunate to get the house we wanted, although never did meet Leigh. We attended an open home that he wasn't at, we don't even feel like we were really taken seriously as we are only young and weren't the only people looking. From here everything was done over the phone, and even then we didn't have much contact we were left searching for answers as we didnt get told much. Leigh was great when we called he could answer our questions but we found we were chasing lots of things up. Overall Leigh was great when he helped but didn't quite help as much as we were expecting. We would have loved to have the opportunity to meet Leigh as we had put a lot of trust in him
leigh was very professional, but also very generous with his time and always available to answer our queries and prompt with his replies. we would most certainly recommend him. Renae was also very helpful as was all staff we had contact with.
