Leigh was fast to view our house and to put it on the market. We thought our house being in Railton and not worth very much would mean a. trouble selling and b. Motivation for selling wouldn't be as high in priority as say a $400k house, due to the commission amount. We were wrapped to sell our home in a great time frame. Leigh was very accurate in our property value. Leigh suggested $189k but we put it on for $195k. We got lots of interest but ultimately the price was to high. eventually we sold for $185k so very close. Communication was great throughout the process and all queries were answered. Overall we were very happy with our experience and looking forward to finding our new home.
