Leisa was great. We didn't have to go to market and she already had 2 buyers so we saved on marketing and staging. She was very knowledgeable and to the point on what needed fixing on the property, costs, price expectations etc which I liked. She probably under quotes property prices but I think that's smart and avoids disappointment. Our property management let us down on a few things and Leisa was on to it straight away, organising a replacement pool inspector that same day so we didn't lose the sale, liaising with our tenants to ensure property was vacant. Would definitely recommend Leisa to anyone looking to sell
