Leisa was a delight to work with. During a time where houses are selling very quickly she ensured we had the information about the property and the local area to be able to make an informed decision. She tells you how it is, but delivers it in a friendly manner and is very prompt in returning calls/messages. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again.
Leisa was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding of our circumstances. She advised us appropriately in regards to styling, what to expect, and what to expect. She exceeded our expectations in regards to selling our property. First OFI, and we had a true offer above asking, knocking all those others out of the park that were not willing to put pen to paper. I highly recommend you get Leisa to sell your house, she will do an excellent job, quick for a decent price.
When it comes to a person that knows real estate in Forest Lake and the surrounding areas, Leisa Le is the go to person. Having been in the area for 24 years after building our home, Leisa over that time has been the unequalled professional used by so many people. Could not fault her at all. Thank you Leisa for helping us close out or deal within 24 hours of our house going on the market.
Leisa sold our property in the very first open day. She has an in-depth knowledge of the property market in Forest Lake area. She works hard and very professional. She is always available over phone. She look after her client's interest. I would highly recommend Leisa.

Leisa took charge from day 0 - do not hesitate to trust her as she definitely knows what she is doing and will go to battle for you to get the right price for your property. Professional, smart and trustworthy.
Leisa is the absolute professional as well as a lovely person. Our first conversation was more about sharing our stories and our faith and from that point I believe Leisa was and still a true blessing. Everything went smoothly house was sold in less than a week - what more can you ask! Take from us - if you want someone who goes above and beyond, and take care of you in all areas of the transaction Shes the best! Leisa's reputation as being the best in the business is well deserved - I know I used to be in the business myself! Thank you so much Leisa God Bless and look forward to doing more in future. My experience in dealing with Leisa is a recognition of her passion for what she does and her straight forward 'no nonsense' approach to her business. Leisa has a very genuine interest in people and her demonstrated knowledge of the market in general and in particular - Forest Lake, gives her (and her clients) an edge. Leisa works hard for her clients - has a great sense of humour and demonstrates absolute professionalism. Its no surprise to see she has been voted No 1 agent several times! Thank you Leisa.
As an interstate seller i needed someone i could trust and be my eyes and ears throughout the sale process. Issues with the tenant were handled professionally and, although this did extend the sale process, I never doubted that Leisa Le and Jessicca would get the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
Leisa is a true professional and achieved the easiest and best outcome for all parties involved... I'd strongly recommend she is the best agent to get the best outcome x
