Leisa worked hard on the sale of my house. She always kept us in the loop throughout the sale. We like her knowledge of the area and commitment to help us get a great result. We can't thank her enough for her efforts. We would have no hesitation in using Leisa again in the future and would be happy to recommend her to anyone thinking of selling. Top notch!

Leisa was able to explain the process of purchasing my first time to me, and was always happy to answer questions no matter how stupid they seemed. I really appreciated having her there to help with my purchase!

Leisa was a pleasure to work with during the sale of our property. Leisa kept us informed every step of the way and helped us to navigate the market conditions, including selling with an existing tenant in the property. I'm confident Leisa was able to secure the best price for us in a competitive market. I would recommend Leisa as a great agent.

Leisa Le was prepared to provide inside, constructive advice in relation to what we needed to do to present a good product. Her guidance was constructive and relevant which resulted in an offer at the very first “open home”. Most valuable and greatly appreciated.

Leisa worked really well with our tenants to arrange open houses and secured a contract on our property in 5 weeks. She has great local knowledge of the area and communicated with us really well by phone and email. Not pushy and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Leisa.

From start to finish Leisa was truly awesome! Don't hesitate, Leisa will be the best decision you ever made.

At a difficult time Leisa was able to perform well above expectations at all times. She sought the best outcome at all times regardless of what stage the sale was in. Many thanks.

Wow Leisa is so prompt, efficient & tackles everything with a sense of urgency. Able to overcome & resolve any issues by working together with you. She drives results & leaves no stone unturned. Leisa is so pleasant, respectful & helpful & puts a very personal spin on everything. Can’t thank you enough Leisa.

Both buying and selling property from Leisa is an absolute pleasure. Her knowledge settle down nerves & questions, one has when selling. She is honest in her work, we have now been on both the buying & selling aspect of her work, and can say genuinely she's fair to both parties which pleased us alot. We would not hesitate in future to deal with Leisa again, we felt comfortable with her above any other Real Estate Agent outside of AP Realty. We wish her every success in the near future. We recommend anyone who wishes to sell or buy to approach Leisa Le and get a professional opinion. Best wishes John & Mai

Leisa was fantastic she gave lots of great feedback and kept us up to date throughout our sale. Would highly recommend her if buying or selling. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.

I would definitely recommend Lisa to everyone wanting a real estate agent. I was very stressed that I would not get a good price for my house, but Lisa managed to get above my expectations through her specific resources. She also kept me updated regularly and the whole process was fast, professional and stress free!!!

I've know Leisa for many years now. This was my fourth house I've sold with her. She sure knows the realestate game like the back of her hand. She's honest, reliable, punctual and works her butt off to get a sale. No wonder she's the no 1 agent in forest lake year after year.
