Leisa provided us an exceptional service. She negotiated us a good deal from the very first open house AP Realty had. Due to a minor hiccup in the vendors finance side, the first offer did not go through but the next deal her team managed to negotiate less than a week later was even better price wise. We are very pleased that the settlement was completed the day before this review is written. There were few things that we had to get done at the property just before the settlement day.
