I am investor and know almost all of the real estate agents in my suburb. I can say that she has been the most professional and ethical one of the all I have come across. This is my first property sold and I chose Lisa because of her reputation of being able to close a deal in a reasonable time. I was right and glad that she has helped me offload something that has been of great service to me for the time I was its owner.
I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Leisa Le in relation to the sale of my property. Her experience, professionalism and effective communication skills puts her above her peers. She will have your best interest at heart and I highly recommend her services. You will not be disappointed.
Leisa gave us a price that we thought was high when we wanted to sell but she wasnt far off and told us she had a buyer which ultimately bought our house 4 days after being in the market...More than happy with the price and she is very tuned in to the market at forest lake....took alot of the hassle of selling when dealing with Leisa...thanks Leisa ..........great job.
This is the 3rd sale Leisa Le has made for us, she has provided an excellent service each time maximising the sale price. She is punctual. efficient and trust worthy. We would highly recommend.
Leisa went above and beyond every step of the way during the process of purchasing our home. She worked very hard to ensure the experience was as stress-free as possible and dealt with any problems that arose quickly and keep me in the loop with regular communication. I wouldn't hesitate to use Leisa again, and I highly recommend her to anyone wanting an agent who is both professional and caring.
Very pleased with Leisa she was very professional she scheduled a time for us to go and see the property on her day off and answered her calls as well on her day off. Never kept us waiting always did things very quickly. I wish that all the real estate agents were so professional and honest as she is . Very highly recommended by my self and my wife. Many thanks Leisa for helping us to purchase our home. Me and my wife still owe you a dinner.
Thank you for all the hard work in the quick sale of our property. Would highly recommend!
Leisa provided us an exceptional service. She negotiated us a good deal from the very first open house AP Realty had. Due to a minor hiccup in the vendors finance side, the first offer did not go through but the next deal her team managed to negotiate less than a week later was even better price wise. We are very pleased that the settlement was completed the day before this review is written. There were few things that we had to get done at the property just before the settlement day. Leisa promptly organised contractors through her contacts and got the things done at a very reasonable price. Well done Leisa! I can recommend her to anyone looking to sell in Centenary Suburbs.
i have been going through the process of buying my property very smoothly with Leisa .
We found Leisa pleasant and helpful to deal with. She followed our queries promptly and efficiently making the process of buying the property simple and easy.
Leisa has a nice smile, explains things clearly, understands what we want and always answers our questions quickly even on weekends. She is someone we are going to deal with in future. Her Rental management Officers are looking for new Tenants for our new investment property. David8101
