Our experience with Beau and Amanda was disappointing, particularly when compared to other reviews. In retrospect, we should have been more cautious during the purchasing process of our new home. And now I urge you to do your due diligence. We encountered difficulties with communication, as our queries often went unanswered, leaving us uncertain about the status of our purchase. When we did receive responses, they were frequently rude and unhelpful. Our settlement inspection was met with aggression before we even stepped into the house and it got worse from there. Furthermore, we were assured that the property would be clean and well-maintained, but this was not the case. We have incurred additional costs for pool repairs, pest control, gardening and cleaning due to their failure to fulfil their obligations. Our experience with Bremner has been the most challenging and stressful aspect of purchasing our new home. I would not recommend their services. I anticipate a scripted response from them, with more fibs just like our fake cleaner that never was, and as you can see from anyone who’s ever spoken against them they never admit accountability, but this is an accurate account of our experience and especially family’s with young children looking to purchase a home should not have to go through what we have. Especially this close to Christmas.
