communication was nonexistent - my ex and I selling the house due to seperation , Beau didnt contact me at all until 3 days before settlement - was very quick to urge us to take the 1st offer we recieved on the house- I refused the 1st offer and got an extra 30K a few days later . once the house was under offer there was no follow up , no congratulations, photographers lost the keys to our house aswell. we were also advised by the buyers settlement agent that we werent cooperating with the final inspection - this was not true, tried to contact Beau and was told he wasnt contactable
