Beau was the sellers agent, I did not have an agent working for me directly. Beau however was more than helpful in all aspects of the sale and answered any questions I had, (or forwarded any questions I had for the seller on), professionally, with knowledge and clarity, and without hesitation. Where he needed more information it was only a matter of a short time before he would come back to me. He always kept me up to date with the progress of things even after the contract was signed off. I did not feel hugely pressured to change my mind one way or another and all options where given to me so that I could make an informed decision.
