We researched a lot of different agents before we engaged Matt and Bec. Some of the other agents quoted figures which we felt were unrealistically high. We did our own research of what we thought our property was worth. We observed that those agents who quoted really high prices for our property either had very little market share in Bendigo or, their listings were not moving for up to 6 months or more. Bec and Matt were always a pleasure to deal with. We had a great property to sell, so it was relatively easy to sell it. However, Bec and Matt made the process a pleasure with their upbeat and cheerful attitudes. They were always professional, unlike some of the other agents we interviewed and when our buyers had problems settling on time, Bec and and Matt made what could have been a stressful time, really straightforward and easy. If you don't have the time to really research the bendigo property market yourself, or even if you do, I highly recommend these two professionals. In general, I think Tweed Sutherland is the best agent in Bendigo and this reflects the great staff that they hire.
