We first met Bec on a pretty miserable day during the first Victorian Covid lockdown. It was raining, cold and windy, pretty much everything you dont want when you're looking at houses on Phillip Island, or anywhere for that matter. We were met met with a huge smile and a warm greeting which really set the vibe for what turned out to be a great and socially distant day. Over the course of the next week we caught up with Bec several more times to view a few prospective homes, each time we were greeted with the same smile and sunny disposition. Bec was a really great source of local info, sharing her knowlege of the Island and giving us a very honest overview of living life in a tourist destination. Once we decided to step off the ledge and submit an offer on a property, Bec guided us through the process and was right there every time we needed her. We never once had to chase her for anything. Bec was increadibly helpful right through settlement and even now, a month later is still helping us through our journey, a journey we feel very fortunate she could be a part of.
