We first contacted Ray White with the view to get an appraisal a few months ago for the property to sell as we no longer afford the upkeep on two (2) houses. Bec and her offsider arrived and gave what I considered at the time of a pretty much "over the top" assessment. On deciding to then place the property on the market, I chose Bec, for being upfront and lied her demeanour. Within less than a week after the For Sale Board going up we had two (2) offers that were close to what we had thought possible.
