We purchased our property during the lockdown period of Covid19 which made our purchase one of the more challenging real estate deals I have done. Viewing, banks & valuations all took alot longer then under "normal" circumstances. What impressed me about Bec was her ability to work through the process and keep both Vendor and buyer on track and up to date under very challenging circumstances. No one was to blame for the delays we faced however its during the tough sales do you get to see an agents true character and in this space Bec Shined. Having dealt with many real estate agents over the years I also appreciated the fact that she was down to earth (not stuck up/arrogant) and was clear with what her vendors needed to get a deal done. This is in contrast to many city agents I have dealt with who can often be the polar opposite. Another thing I appreciated was her promptness in returning calls. Nothing more annoying then having to chase to get responses or questions answered and again Bec was exceptionally good with her communication. We are lucky in Phillip Island to have so many great real estate agents but there is something special about Bec. She is obviously knowledgeable about the industry and has a great deal of experience but she is still hungry, keen and passionate about it. You normally see that in those new agents trying to make a name for themselves but Bec always seems to be striving to excel (which she has exceeded).
