After making an offer subject to sale (before we even had our house on the market) - we called Bec in a bit of a frantic, and in little more than 24-hours, Bec had arranged and completed the initial appraisal, photos, online listing, contracts, marketing materials and home open times - all in the same week leading up to the Easter weekend. With very little time to advertise prior to the 1 weekend in the year where the majority of Perth is away down south - we still had plenty of foot traffic through the door and received multiple offers on the very first day. Despite the extremely small window, Bec went above and beyond to provide all the advice and support we could have asked for, and was never too busy for a quick email, phone call or text to answer even the simplest of questions that we felt silly/embarrassed to ask and to ensure the rest of the sale and settlement process went as smoothly as possible.
