Bec got a couple of facts wrong but only because the owner told her. She rang back in a timely fashion

The sale has been forced upon me due to circumstance. the property requires extensive aintenance to bring it back up to scratch and I have not the means to make this happen. Bec listed the property promptly at what was a realistic price given the strata title, the current state of the market and the condition of the house. Potential buyers have been forthcoming. Whilst the tenant was advised of the likelyhood of sale during the tenancy period, she was placed in some difficulty. Bec has also assisted the current tenant toward being rehoused. Bec made home visits for the reading, interpretation and the signature of documents which was of convenient assistance. As an agent, she is highly recommended.
