Bec helped the reviewer sell this property

Honest, Professional, Great Communication, Got us a great result!

Bec was highly professional and was always very clear about the process, she made sure to keep us informed of what was going on and what was required to happen. Bec's communication about buyers and offers as well as feedback from inspections was fantastic and detailed. She was honest, even when having to give hard truths which we found really refreshing, we felt we could trust what she was saying was the truth. I believe Bec really knows her stuff, her negotiation abilities managed to get us at a price above what we were looking for, we put our faith in her and she delivered.
