Belinda from first contact was extremely helpful & obliging as we were unable to travel due to covid lockdown, she gave us a full video tour of the home we were interested in. After making an offer on same she kept constant contact with updates etc. After confirming that our offer had been accepted, she was diligent in keeping us in the loop which we appreciated greatly. We were further advised about contract details etc, & when we got to exchange & deposit etc we immediately realized that we owed her a great deal. to sum up she was very professional & approachable so a great thank you must go her way. We found Belinda to be consistent with her communication throughout the whole process, if she couldn't get us by phone she would always text to touch base until we could speak. Belinda made the sale stress free by ensuring we were inconvenience as little as possible by trying to group inspections and yet still keeping within current COVID guidelines. We spent 9 months looking for a family home in 2021 in a very competitive housing market. During this time we inspected and offered on numerous properties that Belinda had listed.
