She recommended that we have a vacate clean before we did house viewings. With the viewings it was to gauge the value of the house as we hadn't put house on market for many years. When the auction failed to materialise as we had hoped, Belinda helped us stayed positive and regularly planed open houses or private viewings with the aim of selling at the best price possible. We kept in regularly contact and she was always willing to offer advice when asked. I often heard people tell her a price, and she would tell them need to sharpen their pencil. Some houses test your resources, but we always had people at our open houses, even regularly got ask does anybody live here. The belief is to hang in there and the right person/family will turn up!
