She said 'I'm going to treat you as if you are my parents and tell you what to do, get ready for an open home'. It was exactly what we needed. She recommended that we have a vacate clean before we did house viewings. With the viewings it was to gauge the value of the house as we hadn't put house on market for many years. When the auction failed to materialise as we had hoped, Belinda helped us stayed positive and regularly planed open houses or private viewings with the aim of selling at the best price possible.
