I was put in contact with Belinda through a 'find an agent' website and she was the first to respond. Belinda was patient and kind while she waited for the other 2 agencies to contact me so I could decide which agency suited my needs (I don't live in the city). I ultimately decided to choose Belinda because of her efficiency answering my request, her knowledge and connections in and of the area. She continued to be extremely efficient, always answered my calls, keeping me updated via both email and calls, helping out with recommendations for inspectors and conveyancers (and doing all the hard work getting them to contact me). She also offered very good, reasonable advice and we achieved a price for my property that was above my expectations. She sold our house in the time frame she predicted with no false advertising or additional costs. The whole experience was stress free and seamless which was amazing considering I have never sold a house before and don't live anywhere near the city and very rarely visit.
