We had narrowed our choice of agent down to two, one of whom was Justin. Justin was in the mix based on the number of sales he had made in the area and the fact that he had recently sold another similar property a few doors away. We had decided to give the property to the other agent based on the fact that he was a bit more flamboyant and struck us as more of a "salesman". He failed to show up for a 3pm meeting on the Saturday afternoon. I immediately decided if he couldn't show up for that meeting he might just miss a scheduled house inspection. I phoned Justin at 9am on the Sunday morning and asked him if he could meet us at the house that day, with papers ready to sign. He arrived 30 mins later dressed in a suit with wife and business partner Belinda; and the papers ready to sign. Justin's service was first class in every respect. He was always available to talk and he always returned messages very promptly. His communication after every property inspection was excellent. While the sale price was slightly below our initial expectations when we decided to sell (formed at the top of the market) to come up only $10K short of that, in a rapidly declining market, was an exceptional effort on his part and we were very happy with the final selling price. I will have another property to sell in the near future at Berkeley Vale and I will unhesitatingly be using Justin and Belinda to sell that property also.
